Continually loses connection and will not stop loading ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Open *2026-08-01, version 2.4.1* Terrible App ### 1/5 — The steam room is relaxing. The app is not! *2026-08-01, version 2.4.1* This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Every time I open it, it spends a long time spinning while trying to connect to Wi-Fi. Once it finally gets past that, it makes me accept or decline the Terms & Conditions every single time I log in, which should never happen. After that, it goes back to spinning before it finally loads the controls. If my phone goes to sleep for even a moment, the app becomes unresponsive, and I have to start the entire process all over again. Most of the time I have to force-close the app and reopen it just to have any chance of connecting. It’s incredibly frustrating for what should be a simple remote control app. The steam system itself is great, but the app is unreliable, slow, and makes using the product far more difficult than it should be. MrSteam needs to fix the endless loading, stop asking users to accept the Terms & Conditions every time, and make the app reconnect properly after the phone wakes up. You can tell it’s old school when signing in, then it just gets worse! Nothing works. I contacted support and all they wanted to do was blame the internet signal. My signal is great. The app is junk. Don’t sell it.
