STEARsoft is a graphical Attendance Register app for classroom teachers who want to keep regular school attendance records as efficiently as possible. Synchronise with a whole school installation of STEARsoft or simply use this professional attendance App stand-alone. STEARsoft uses the traditional UK attendance symbols to provide a graphical attendance sheet annotated with codes and attached written notes. Attendance sheets are generated using your timetable and term dates.

Okay I tried to set this up then when I was about to use it , it wouldn’t even let me mark the students! I’m sorry but I hate this app !

I use this for my farm animals to check their all here lol but to be honest idk why it’s not saying am and pm! I think their would be the pupil in the setting bit and a little picture. And maybe little dojo’s so click on the pupil if their good and they get a point at the end of that week the person with the most gets a golden monster picture? Sorry it’s just so-no offence- boring and lame. I don’t mean to upset you or anything! I like it and everything but y’know?

As the main developer, I'm proud of what has been created and use STEARsoft every working day in the classroom myself. If you are struggling to do something and the video-tutorials don't help, or you find a bug, please use the STEARsoft forum rather than posting a review here that may well be simply wrong and even slanderous. I give 3 stars to remain neutral.

My school uses STEARsoft as its registration system, so I though I would pick this up. It couldn't have been simpler to connect it to my main school account, and now I'm registering quite happily on my iPad.

This seems to have a good combination of lots of features with relatively simple interface. The Lite version is a "try before you buy" intro- very helpful to test it out. I am a US K-12 teacher and although this app includes some educational terminology specific to UK, it is still very useful and adapts to my needs. I plan to buy the upgrade.
