## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-24

Celebrate Halloween with a playful seasonal icon and startup artwork. You can turn seasonal graphics off anytime in Settings, and the original look returns when you next open the app after the edition ends.

Rest timer alerts now use our short workout cue, and the smallest Dynamic Island view shows your remaining rest time.

Captain’s Chair Knee Raise now supports optional added weight while preserving your recorded workouts.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-20

Adapt your workout when plans change:
• Replace an exercise with alternatives for the same muscle group, using familiar search and equipment filters, or browse the full exercise library.
• Keep the previous exercise’s values, info and history within reach, and undo a replacement when needed.
• Choose which day your training week starts and see consistent weekly progress across your routine views.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-17

Pro members can now view available Training Assistant advice directly from an exercise during a workout. A subtle brain icon highlights advice until you open it, while your workout entries and rest timer stay in place.

This update also improves training explanations, supporting evidence, and coaching follow-up.
