## What is SteepPilot?

SteepPilot is your tea session companion. Built for tea enthusiasts who want to get the most out of every leaf.

MULTI-INFUSION TIMER
Built around Gong Fu brewing. Start a session and SteepPilot guides you through 8, 10, or 15 infusions with automatic steep progression. Each infusion gets slightly longer. Haptic feedback, auto-advance, and rinse steps for pu-erh and compressed teas. Just pour, taste, pour again.

WESTERN MODE
Prefer a single long steep? Switch to Western mode for a simple countdown with the right time and temperature for your tea type.

TEMPERATURE GUIDE
Temperature matters more for tea than any other variable. SteepPilot shows you the exact temperature for every tea type, from delicate white tea at 75C to robust black tea at full boil.

RATE EVERY INFUSION
Note which infusion was the sweetest, the most complex, or the one that surprised you. Tag flavors during your session and save the whole thing to your tea journal.

TEA COLLECTION
Track the teas you own. Add type, origin, vendor, and how many grams you have left. SteepPilot subtracts automatically when you brew. Know when you are running low before you run out.

LEAF CALCULATOR
Enter your vessel size and SteepPilot calculates the right amount of leaf. Works for 100ml gaiwans, 150ml teapots, or any size you use.

ICED TEA MODE
One tap splits your water into hot brew and ice with adjustable ratios for flash-chilled tea.

SUPPORTED TEA TYPES
Green, Black, Oolong, White, Pu-erh (Sheng and Shou), Herbal, Matcha, and Chai. Each with curated temperatures, steep times, and Gong Fu parameters.

TEA JOURNAL (Pro)
Your full session history with ratings, tasting notes, and flavor tags. See what works over time, filter by tea type, and export to CSV.

CUSTOM TEAS (Pro)
Add your own teas with custom steep times, temperatures, and infusion counts.
