Orders don’t arrive or way too long to get there. I waited 5 hours one time for a driver to deliver my food. I placed an order for food at 2:34pm the app said that restaurant has a cooking time of 17mins. Over 1 hr later it says my food I still preparing even though I called the restaurant and they said the food has been ready and they’re just waiting for the driver. I contacted customer service but no one picks up the phone or responds to the chat. The meal was over $50 and now they have also wasted my time. Don’t use this app, they clearly don’t have enough drivers and yet promise something they can’t fulfill. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2023-03-26* Yesterday I reserved a ride for today morning, the driver didn’t showed up and I cancelled my booking , I haven’t received my refund.
