Das wollte ich via App prüfen und siehe da. Es gab ein Update. Angefangen vom Einloggen bis hin professionellen Modus funktioniert - Nichts! Auf iPhone 13 Pro eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Verbindung mit den Sensoren funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig, die Bedienung ist intuitiv und alle Einstellungen (wie Reichweite, Nachlaufzeit oder Dämmerungsschwelle) lassen sich bequem vom Smartphone aus steuern. Besonders praktisch: die Gruppenfunktion und das klare Design. Für jeden, der Steinel-Produkte nutzt, ein echter Mehrwert. Absolute Empfehlung! ### 1/5 — Verschlimmbessert! *2025-08-25, version 3.0.49* Leider ist das Upgrade der Software für die Lampen in unserem Haus absolut unterirdisch. Ich frage mich, ob es keine Qualitätstests gibt, niemand der sich die Usability und die Funktionalität mal anschaut!?!? Das Update und die Verbindung klappen schon mal, was allerdings danach kommt ärgert mich sehr. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten in der App wurden reduziert, einiges klappt nicht wie es sollte, trotz Heligkeitssensor leuchtet meine Lampe im Garten den ganzen Tag durch, die Lampe auf der Terrasse gar nicht! Ich frage mich wirklich, warum Steinel sowas freigibt??? ### 1/5 — Unausgereift und nicht intuitiv *2025-08-24, version 3.0.49* Die App folgt keinem üblichen Bedienkonzept und hat ihr ganz eigene Logik, welche sich mir nicht erschließt. Wo Mitbewerber-Apps intuitiv sind und dem User durch Strukturen und gängige Funktionen den Weg weisen, bricht man sich in der Steinel-App regelrecht die Finger und gibt irgendwann frustriert auf. Tipp: Erfindet das Rad nicht neu und übernehmt bewährte Bedienkonzepte aus dem Markt. In Kombination mit der starken Steinel Hardware, wäre dies eine tolle Rundumlösung. Stand heute, macht die App das Einrichten zur Geduldsprobe und das Erlebnis Steinel endet im Frust. ### 1/5 — Kompletter Müll *2025-08-23, version 3.0.49* Die APP sowie auch die Lampe sind nutzlos und viel zu teuer. Wenn es die App mal schaft sich zu verbinden ist diese so unübersichtlich. Die Lampe übernimmt auch die Einstellungen nicht richtig und der Bewegungsmelder macht auch was er will. Ich rate jedem von der Firma Steinel und der App ab. Bezahlt lieber woanders weniger für ein besseres Produkt. ### 1/5 — Weder intuitiv bedienbar noch hilfreich *2025-08-21, version 3.0.49* Angesichts der Tatsache, dass wir das Jahr 2025 haben, erstaunt mich, dass es noch derart schlechte Apps gibt! Es gelingt nicht einmal eine mit einem Smartphone gemacht und in der Cloud gespeicherte Einstellung auf einem anderen Smartphone zu laden. Wie soll das denn funktionieren, wenn das Smartphone, das zur Einrichtung genutzt wurde kaputt geht? Nee, dafür gibt es 6! Setzen! ### 1/5 — Katastrophe *2025-08-21, version 3.0.49* Habe zwei RS200C und Xled Spots. Die Deckenlampen lassen sich leidlich mit einem Taster koppeln und funktionieren. Die Spots mit ihren Bewegungsmeldern machen was sie wollen. Und meistens wollen sie Tagsüber leuchten und nachts nicht, wenn man mit der App zugreift funktionieren sie Gefühl 5min. wie gewollt. Um im Nachgang wieder Random Aktionen auszuführen. Halbes Vermögen für einen Betatest gezahlt. Das letzte Update hat auch nur dazu geführt, dass die Aktionen der Spots noch unberechenbarer sind. ### 1/5 — Untauglich *2025-08-16, version 3.0.49* Die App ist äußerst unübersichtlich. Es gibt keine Erklärungen , was die einzelnen Modi bedeuten; auch die per QR -Code abrufbare Bedienungsanleitung bietet hierzu keine Hinweise .
