After the recent update, I'm unable to add my account. After writing all the details, all the information gets deleted and a message pops up saying unable to add account. I have emailed them WITH SCREENSHOTS a week ago, still no reply from them. What useless bunch of people. What's the point of customer service if you can't provide one!

Able to check the bill, group the accounts and see the total separately, view the history of the past 11 months and pay online.

Please have the app select and pay multiple accounts same as the STELCO Eportal, view the official bill not in Crome or Safari website but in the app when selecting the PDF. When selecting the PDF in the app it opens the web browser to see the official bill.

Still a good app.

The verification process to prove you are human stalls out 9 times out of 10. It’s very annoying. It shouldn’t be this hard to make a payment.

Some Samsung android devices like “Galaxy A22 5G” on Android 13 can’t install Stelco app. it says Stelco app is not available because it’s made for older version of Android. Need to fix this issue.

Trying to pay a bill using the app, but it has stopped working since the last update. Now gets a grey screen with a spinning wheelsaying check to secure connection (and itstays grey even after verification hasfinished, so cannot go any further)
