It’s very annoying. It shouldn’t be this hard to make a payment. ### 3/5 — Good but can be better *2020-09-30* Everything about the app is good except that the payment and billing history is too short. When I’m doing accounting I need to be able to view the previous year’s billing details without having to go back to hard copies of the bill. Unfortunately, this app only keeps record of a single year’s billing history. I hope you will make some changes and keep an archive of the billing history where I can select the year and the details. After writing all the details, all the information gets deleted and a message pops up saying unable to add account. I have emailed them WITH SCREENSHOTS a week ago, still no reply from them. What useless bunch of people. Please have the app select and pay multiple accounts same as the STELCO Eportal, view the official bill not in Crome or Safari website but in the app when selecting the PDF. When selecting the PDF in the app it opens the web browser to see the official bill. Still a good app. ### 4/5 — Unable to add more than one meter number *2018-12-29* I have my previous apartment meter number added. But now i have moved to another apartment and I'm unable to add the new apartment meter number. Other than the above problem, the app is very useful and very helpful. I can view bill history and see statistical graphs on my usage. However, sometimes the app tends to crash when opening. This is very minor problem which can be solved with a bug fix update.
