The app used to work fine but now it doesn’t work anymore. I couldn’t even get correct information like what books were checked out or returned. when I uninstalled and reinstalled it, it lost the connection to the server. It’s totally dead with a black screen

This is how our tax money is being wasted. The previous app was good and fast, but the new one doesn't even have a decent camera for scanning. The images are too blurry. Please improve

This app is very easy to use and makes accessing library resources a breeze. It’s incredibly easy to search for resources, place holds, and manage my account. For the most part, it just works. And a HUGE improvement over the LMxAC system. My only complaint is that I can’t manage or even view my bookmarks in the app and have to switch to the web version for that. I use the bookmarks feature regularly to create “wish lists,” and not being able to access them from the app seems like a big miss that would be easy to correct, since everything is more than accessible on the web mobile version. 

Otherwise, well done with this app!

The app is good usually. The reason for four stars and not five is simple: bugs. The app has some pretty big bugs that don’t get fixed right away. For example you get “charged” a renewal fee even if your library doesn’t charge renewal fees. Then there’s the fact that sometimes the search isn’t updated.

But otherwise a good app!

It’s a pretty straightforward app. I think the app makes it convenient to renew books & checking to see if you have any fines. I tend to lose the receipt that tells me when any of my books are due, and this app makes it really easy to check the due date.

The only thing I want is to be able to put certain books on hold via this app. It would also be very convenient if I could see if a certain book was available at my library so that I didn’t have to waste time going there & searching for it, only to find it’s already been checked out.
