### 2/5 — Not as they say

*2026-08-24, version 2.3.4*

I don’t get the high reviews on this. First, it says the stories reset at midnight and they don’t. Then they ask you what you wanna accomplish and the stories have nothing to do with that. And then when you try to create a custom story, it create something completely different then what you asked for. There is no tech support or at least they didn’t answer me

### 4/5 — A game changer! Just wish for a few improvements

*2026-08-24*

Incredible app and idea, but I found 2 main issues:
• if you like a story and save it, after the first listen it will keep cutting it shorter and shorter, ending the stories mid-sentence
• no matter what info you put in the stories lean waaay too heavy on ‘getting the guy’ which is a bit eh… even when putting in info that is 99% about career manifestations for example, the stories will be about how you found the perfect guy and he features heavily in them. I’m not a big fan of that, but understand that a lot of people download it for that.

### 3/5 — Not free.

*2026-08-19*

I just wish this app lets us use this for free. Like few methods and subliminals only but it just won’t work further without taking the subscription its annoying. Please.

### 4/5 — Stella

*2026-08-19*

Its good but the subscription is a but expensive 9.99 a week but besides that it works well i literally manifested something over night

### 2/5 — Used to be amazing, but then it faltered

*2026-08-14*

I am disappointed in the app. As a queer person, I had the app originally tailored to me with my specific requests. The app used to be amazing when it first started.

Since the app updated recently, my stories are not as included as I like, there are things that are mixed up, and regarding romantic interest, not only do I see Cis straight Men in romantic pictures (which there is nothing wrong if that’s who you’re into ), but they are the only ones I see, and they are also in all the audios, despite my specifications… the AI picture selected does not match my desires whatsoever. I’d rather the app allow us to add our own pictures in there.

The app used to be great when it first started. It was fantastic . Now it’s just not as inclusive. It saddens me.

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2026-08-11*

Stella is an essential part of my morning routine. It’s incredible!!

### 3/5 — Adore

*2026-08-10, version 2.3.2*

I adore the objective. I see it, i feel it. 🩵🩵🩵

### 4/5 — Good app but Automatically closes on ios 15.8.8

*2026-08-09, version 2.3.2*

Good app but Automatically closes on ios 15.8.8. Needs to fix the compatibility.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-08-08, version 2.3.2*

Super tailored to your lifestyle it’s insane

### 2/5 — Doesn’t load

*2026-08-08, version 2.3.2*

Amazing concept but just doesn’t load so I can’t listen to anything

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Worst app

*2026-08-28*

It does nothing. All vague videos nothing related to manifestation. Also, charge me 7.99 after downloading the app without giving any notification. What a worse app. This one is just a hype app nothing. Sarah you should redesign your app subscription policy. You are gaining people’s frustration and hate nothing else. Shame!

### 1/5 — I like it

*2026-08-22, version 2.3.3*

Way to expensive for what it is you can just type a ai script into a voice app and that’s what this is I love the app but 6$ a week is crazy

### 1/5 — Enttäuscht!

*2026-08-20*

Ich habe meine ganzen Daten und Informationen über mich abgegeben und jetzt kann ich nicht mal etwas anfangen weil da steht das ich zahlen muss. Also ganz ehrlich…traurig und enttäuschend! Alles für nichts.

### 1/5 — Makes you pay

*2026-08-19, version 2.3.3*

Don't get this app it makes you pay. There are better apps out there.

### 1/5 — Wrong messages

*2026-08-13, version 2.3.2*

Keeps creating messages of opposite of what I wanna accomplish. I want to manifest an SP and it keeps putting up. They’re no longer in my life. It also says all messages reset at midnight. and they don’t the same ones appear for days. and you can’t delete any of the messages wrote tech-support twice no answer very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Makes You Pay

*2026-08-08, version 2.3.2*

Really messed up that you don’t advertise this as an app u must pay for to use. Tricks u into setting it all up and curating what u want, and the surprises you by making you pay. Extremely disappointing

### 1/5 — Too many glitches

*2026-08-07, version 2.3.2*

Really the idea but too many glitches and too expensive.

### 1/5 — Scam by Sarah

*2026-08-06, version 2.2.9*

No way to test it must agree to trial/paid and hard to quit. Also it’s a lazy AI reply that is inconsistent. Might as well create your own cards and place them by your mirror lol

Quitting the Stella manifestation app is notoriously difficult and has sparked significant consumer frustration. Multiple user reviews on platforms like Reddit and Instagram highlight deceptive billing practices, hidden paywalls, and a lack of clear cancellation options within the app itself.Merely deleting your account or removing the app from your phone will not stop the weekly $6.99 (roughly $28/month) charges. Why Users Struggle to QuitObscured Mechanisms: Users report that there is no functional, visible button to cancel a subscription directly inside the application interface.Aggressive Billing: The app frequently attempts multiple unauthorized card charges per day if a balance is low, immediately executing back-charges the moment funds become available.Deleted Feedback: Honest reviews or complaints about cancellation issues are systematically scrubbed or ignored on the developer's social media pages. How to Successfully Cancel and Stop ChargesBecause the app's internal settings cannot be relied upon, you must bypass it completely and cancel through your phone's native ecosystem or your bank. For Apple iOS UsersIf you downloaded the app via the App Store, Apple manages the billing:Open your iPhone Settings app.Tap your name / Apple ID at the top of the screen.Tap Subscriptions.Locate Stella (published under Perl Productions LLC or MWM).Tap Cancel Subscription. If you only see an expiration date in red, it is already cancelled.

### 1/5 — 😑

*2026-08-06, version 2.2.9*

You could have told me that I had to pay for it before I wrote all of that! Oh and also if you really know how to manifest SOooooo well than you wouldn’t need me to give you money!

### 1/5 — AI-based, high subscription fees, and false advertising.

*2026-08-03, version 2.2.7*

Last week I discovered that the stories are generated entirely utilizing AI. The app was also built using AI.

I find this marketing strategy to be incredibly deceptive. So many individuals have concerns over AI and it’s environmental impacts. Nowhere is it stated in the app catalog or the countless promotional videos it relies on AI.

I was really excited for this app at first I downloaded it and uninstalled it when I found out it was $6.99 a week resulting in $28 a month more than your standard streaming services. I want to say it’s $10 short of AppleOne family that includes AppleMusic, AppleTV, and Cloud storage for your family. It costs much more than a majority of streaming platforms.

I then reinstalled it and started to use it. Stella routinely pronounced my name wrong no matter how many times I provided that feedback. It got to the point where I requested not to say my name in the stories — it didn’t listen. I broke down the pronunciation and it didn’t respond to that either. I don’t know how I’m supposed to be envisioning something as my future self when my name isn’t even pronounced correctly.

Stella also misgendered me on a handful of occasions even though my gender/pronouns were in there. After stating my sexuality was queer, Stella originally only generated love stories for a heterosexual person. They were all generated with he/him pronouns. I put in a customization for that change. And what is the point of having options for your name if it’s going to be pronounced incorrectly, for reference my name in there is Andi. When I said it’s pronounced “and-i” please use that version, it pronounced my name incorrectly with then it explaining how he pronounced it just the way I like with literally saying “And I” rather than “Andi”. It was a major turnoff.

I still continued to use the app in the beliefs it could be working.

The stories though are like all the sudden I have this perfect life and I’m not saying it’s not possible. I’m saying it leaves no room for humanity. I started to find it a bit weird or hearing these stories like this isn’t me or the life I want. I mean what I wrote yes, the way it’s told, no. I felt like it landed me disconnected/ unrelatable to 90% of society.

It was the AI-generated storytelling in comparison to price point and then absence of data privacy that resulted in my deletion of my account.

Applications that have top of the line developers don’t even charge this much. Sarah, the founder, constantly talks about being a self-made millionaire while neglecting the fact that her services are significantly above average in costs. It’s one thing to be a self-made millionaire and it’s another to be taking advantage of your consumer.

For an app that was primarily based in AI, a year long subscription is $361. My subscription to Headspace is $100 a year and the Chani app is $120-130 a year — neither of them use AI.

I did use the application for a few weeks or a month. Then I discovered how it is entirely reliant on AI with completely false and deceptive marketing.
They say not to tell your manifestations and dreams to everyone. Well on AI-generated applications such as this they go into a larger database and could be extracted for usage. There is no user privacy and they are your dreams.

If you had an amazing business idea, business plan, or opportunity, it will be uploaded and stored in their cloud, software center to be accessed by anyone at a later day. Thus it can take your proprietary ideas as their own.

The support page is a GitHub website. It’s not even a genuine support page. It returns you to a primary coding platform.

At first I thought Stella was designed by software engineers and coders, I thought there was advanced coding language involved to generate the stories, such as how Siri or Alexa will talk to you. It is not. It is entirely generated via artificial intelligence.

In short, your data isn’t safe on here, your dreams can be taken for someone else’s use.

I’m most of all completely discouraged and disappointed by the fact that the extent of the AI-usage of this app is completely hidden and masked from the consumer.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Sehr mächtig mit personalisierten Storys zum anhören

*2026-08-26*

Diese maßgeschneiderten Inhalte überraschen mich immer wieder. Es geht unter die Haut und das sollte für eine gewaltige Wirksamkeit sorgen 🌈🦄🚀

### 5/5 — Fantastic app

*2026-08-26*

Love this app.

### 5/5 — Best app to manifest anything

*2026-08-24*

I love how intuitive the app feels and how amazing the stories are. And as they are short, it’s easier to just listen to them whenever you have few minutes.

### 5/5 — Just manifested a partnership with a luxury travel brand (as a b2b creator 🤯)

*2026-08-23*

What I love about Stella is the side quests she goes on that are SO personalised to my dream life. I’m a B2B LinkedIn content creator and one of the stories kept looping back to partnership deals with luxury travel brands. At first I thought there was no way I’d get something like that as usually my partnership campaigns are with AI tools. Anywayyyy I just landed an all expenses paid trip to Lapland to see the Northern Lights!! THANK YOUU

### 5/5 — Really good, but needs a little work

*2026-08-22*

If you want the stories to be really good, you have to be specific and detailed in your desires. In the audio section I wish you could continuously loop the tracks rather than just doing one repeat that would make some of the guided audios or just sounds more useful for longer meditations. Also, there’s some glitches in some of them. Like one track won’t even play. I think it’s the princess treatment one. If there’s an update, I think allowing for longer stories would be great and allowing more than 3 self generated stories a day. Also, a way to save stories to revisit would be great too. Especially if it was really good.

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-08-21*

This app has been amazing at helping me truly visualise and believe in what I’m wanting to manifest. It’s even helped my nervous system begin to feel comfortable with my future growth. And things are shifting - some of the manifestations have already come in. I love it. Also, from a tech point of view, the team are really good at updating and refining the app so it keeps improving all the time

### 5/5 — So innovative

*2026-08-16, version 2.3.2*

It’s nothing like I’ve used before. Customizable, snd affordable! Love how Sarah explains how to use it on IG. That really helps.

### 5/5 — App is truly a masterpiece

*2026-08-15, version 2.3.2*

This app is worth everything. You really are able to visualize your dreams and desires, which is needed when rewiring your subconscious. I'm so grateful for this app and the opportunities it's allowed me to create. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Words don't do it justice you have to try for yourself.

### 5/5 — 28

*2026-08-14, version 2.3.2*

This app is actually good af and I never write reviews

### 5/5 — This app kinda sucks

*2026-08-13, version 2.3.2*

I only rated this app five stars that people would see the review like this is actually so frustrating. The second you open the app it makes you go through this whole survey and this isn’t even the bad part but once you finish the survey, it says it’s generating your stories and then it brings you to your home screen for like five seconds. And then says that you need to do a free trial to even use the app
I totally understand that apps need to make money and I’m not trying to be rude or anything with this because I think I would really like this app making the app require a free trial is really unfair, especially for people like me who have parental controls and literally can’t start any free trials I just really wish there was a free option to this app even if it had fewer features, I think I would genuinely love to use the app but this makes it almost impossible
