Lost credits for a useless voice I won’t use. I would tell people that the sound is pretty amazing and they should try it. I just wanted to say that this app looks really cool and I have only heard good things about it however, if you are poor or have strict parents… PASS WITH THIS! You have to pay for everything. I understand you need money to pay for bills and servers but could you please make two or three voices free. Customer service doesn’t respond company website. It’s been in construction for God knows how long. If your credits still haven't been restored, please email us directly at contact@stringcode.io and we'll resolve this immediately — including compensation for the wait. They stole my money and support is non-responsive! *2025-07-04* I paid for a 1-year subscription for $49 to use this app, but I don’t have access — it perpetually states that I have zero credits. I’ve emailed support 3 times over the past month and they haven’t responded even once! This is a scam, don’t give them your money **Developer response:** We're truly sorry for the frustration. Please contact support directly through the in-app form so we can resolve this for you promptly. ### 1/5 — Waste of money and time. *2024-12-30* This has been my biggest regret on an app purchase so far. The interface is badly payed out and sluggish. The voices are so poor quality I couldn’t use a single download. It’s way too expensive for a product that dose not serve its purpose. Dont bother. ### 1/5 — Non-responsive tech-support *2024-12-12* So I paid for an annual plan that included 100,000 credits. I opened up my app one day and all of a sudden I only had 213, even though I still had well over 90,000 left. I’ve reached out repeatedly to the email address for tech-support and have received no response. Please be aware until this issue is resolved. Just so I was making sure there wasn’t some fluke, I spent additional money to buy additional credits, and the credits were not applied to my account. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no success.
