Graphics could be tweaked and the game requires update for newer phones and tablets. Also a nice addition would be to have a 3D rotatable vessel in the shipyard. Maybe during battles when going to base for repairs the ship could be shown going in for reload and repairs. Over all this game is still a good game. If you want to play free then Ads are good unless they show up during an actual battle. The port and starboard navigation lights are backwards though. However game play is a bit predictable and becomes monotonous very quickly. The worst part is the app locks up frequently. I am using the free with adds option for a test drive. Often the controls become inoperative when returning to the game from an add. This was a novelty. But recently the game ends up in never ending levels with one invisible enemy left to defeat. Thats realy annoying. Second ships are firing all the way across the map at the star bases so if you to to save it it doesn’t matter some random ship is attacking from 8 sectors away which makes no sense at all. Third the commanders and fleet commanders drag you from anywhere on the map??? What the heck is that bs? It’s also the sammmmme thing over and over Klingons and Romulus the controls don’t lock on torpedoes so you have too aim and hope you hit the enemy, I deleted it ### 2/5 — Keeps hanging. *2019-10-30, version 1.52* Great game but the adds are causing It to hang especially when docking. On the odd occasion it tends to hang too ,this only happens when online. I switch to no WiFi if I’m playing and it seems stable. ### 2/5 — Had Potential *2019-05-17* Tried it out, I mean I really wanted to give it a shot. Glitchy as all getout, particularly around the time you’re getting your asphalt paved. First the ads...I’d have paid to remove them if I thought the game was going to work, but about the third or fourth the controls locked up after trying to “Close” an add about Judicial Watch or some gyrocopter toy I had to quit the game, losing all progress. The D pad aiming controls are spotty at best, better ditch the torpedoes for lasers if you want half a chance. The battle computer works sometimes, then doesn’t, again just when you need it. And why have a call for help button when the ship that comes just sits there while you’re getting blown to pieces? Sorry Greg Brady...great idea, loved the ships and the work you did, but can’t give you the dough until it plays consistently. ### 4/5 — Fun little shooter *2019-04-16, version 1.52* I’m a Trekkie, but I’m also a simple man. I don’t want a ccg, I don’t want to build colonies and Star bases, I just want epic space battles. This game does that very well. The best part is that I can save my game progress and bring it up on a different device, even cross platform (I also play on an android based tablet). It’d be cool if the iOS version had some of the visual and gameplay updates that the android version has. Ship levels and capabilities are messed up. The ship status/menu/map/etc panel is crushed together on the iPad. Installed on another iPad to see if the same thing happened and it did. Also new installation didn’t have Federation ships to use, it had some sort of alien vessels. Please revert the game back to the last version until it is properly tested. The simplicity of this is a breath of fresh air from far too serious, over complicated and arguably less playable licensed Sci-fi games I might mention. I love the art style that pays homage to a range of source material that fans will recognise and smile at but this is a game that stands on its’ own as being immediately accessible and fun. There’s no pretentiousness; just a clean interface, superb presentation and responsive controls. Works great on the iphone8. You have a stick for movement, a radar and a fire button and a game that lets you fly spaceships. What more could you ask for?
