Frustrating ### 1/5 — Requires location services to setup a light bulb *2023-03-13, version 5.2.5* Absolute garbage—will not allow you to add a bulb to control until you grant the app access to your location. No thanks—going back to seller if I can get a refund, otherwise it’s all going in the trash. ### 2/5 — Hello, Server? *2020-05-09, version 5.2.4* Although I'm using this app with a pair of light bulbs that were packaged together, I had to set up each bulb separately on the same fixture. Not easy, since each bulb has a different Wi-Fi address. You can establish SCENES for the bulbs that will turn them on and off together - but that's two DIFFERENT scenes. Setting up Google Home with the Sansi bulbs simplified operation: voice control and the apps' on and off buttons worked reliably UNTIL Home lost contact with the Stellar server. Reinstallation always stalls when I reach the point where Google asks to connect with Stellar: "Something went wrong," Google tells me. I'll say. ### 1/5 — Annyoning *2020-02-16, version 5.2.4* I am annoyed and dissatisfied. I got this for ten bucks and honestly didn't know what to expect. I put it into my lamp and went to connect it to my phone, I logged in and did all of the steps until step 2, it didn't even show any devices when I went to connect one. I tried, watched YouTube to see if I could get any info and nothing worked. Please be more specific on instructions and try to improve. ### 1/5 — Bulb *2018-10-25, version 3.1.2* I’ve had this bulb and app for over a year now for the first few months worked great then then one day it just stopped working now bulb works but app doesn’t work on either of 4 phones. Wish this issue would be solved. If their server goes down (& it has) you cant control your bulbs. When its working, basic operation is simple but the advanced features could use improvement. Its got color mixing & fading down but I’d like to see the ability to save custom colors & edit the potentially cool automations. Biggest thing is the server ping. Now, you have to let go of the sliders to see the change. This is terrible, I’ve hated it since it changed, it makes no sense.
