The incentive to invite someone to join the app is way too low. You also can’t transfer a small amount of money without paying a fee. I requested a new card because mine was coming apart and I put money on it and couldn’t use it anymore at alot of places. I have had it for about a year now and haven’t had any issues. The credit and Apple Pay are both easy to use with tap to pay. There is one issue that I hope is fixed, when you open the app I would like for it to ask you to login or use Face ID, it only uses Face ID when making a transfer or adding money to savings tab. I completely meet all of their direct deposit and account requirements, yet the app still blocks me and won't let me cash out when I need it. To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly slow and completely useless at resolving the issue. It is incredibly frustrating to do everything right on your end and still get locked out of your funds with zero support. So it’s incredibly reliable and useful for parents who want a safe and easy to use account with their kids. For teens. This is amazing for building credit. I got my credit to 707 in less than 2 years. Took me about 1 year and 3 months. Mainly cause I kept up with purchases and rented things and paid them off easily with step. On top of that investing in stocks. It helps you with a very easy and simple UI. I honestly use it every so often and it’s incredibly good. When you get the black card you don’t have to pay with direct deposit of over $500. It gives you points to trade for actual money or gift cards. It’s honestly the best thing I’ve seen. Plus 3% when you put money on your savings. It’s honestly the best I’ve seen. So yes.
