Let’s start with what happens after the trial period is over ? All your help answers say is “you can convert your shoes for 10 energy.”So I did, then I lost my ability to start a run because I didn’t have any shoes. It doesn’t track my steps because it won’t connect to my apple health app. I have tried everything on my end, asked your techs and looked in your help question and got nothing for answers. So stupid. I have all the settings open for access, I’ve checked and checked and checked. it doesn’t work. Why do you not have an option in the settings to do that manually? I allowed your app (from the start) access yet it never connected. I tried to utilize your help area but it was useless as well as your tech team to ask questions. So I figured I’d come here to MAYBE get some answers. 1) please explain to me how to link my apple health acct. 2) what happens AFTER the free trial is over and how do I get a real account? Or how does that process work? Приложении пользуюсь давно (больше года) Вчера покупал боксы с часами, бегал все норм. Сегодня висит заставка с надписью «Джейлбрейк» Я никакого Джейлбрейка на делал и хз как его делать, на всех приложениях использую 2х факторную авторизацию, не тыкаю левые ссылки, не рассылаю пароли и доступы - стандартный пользователь с достаточно бережным отношением к безопасности.. Поддержка в официальной группе разбираться не стала , порекомендовали перейти на новое устройство ! Что мешает и на новом устройстве так же написать??? Прошу вникнуть в проблему и ответить , приложение явно не бесплатное.. Никакого Джейлбрейка я не ставил даже рядом…. Считаю что это удобный посыл к черту пользователя или баг , который надо исправить ! Заходил на 1к$. Цена токена очень быстро дампилась. Выводил каждый месяц, но все равно не отбил. Сейчас же команда даже не пытается ничего придумать для привлечения новых игроков и для пампа токенов. А ежедневнй заработок уже стал копеечным. Ходьба ради ходьбы получается.
