## What is Step Lock?

Step Lock turns your steps into screen time.

Pick the apps that pull you in — social, games, video, whole categories at once — and Step Lock keeps them shut until you have walked for them. No willpower required. Just movement.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose the apps and categories to lock
• Every 500 steps earns you 10 minutes
• Hit your daily goal for a 30-minute bonus
• Unlock in 15-minute sessions whenever you want

Open a locked app and you get a lock screen showing exactly how much time you have banked and how many steps stand between you and the next reward. Walk, and it opens.

BUILT ON SCREEN TIME
Step Lock uses Apple's Screen Time framework, the same system parental controls run on. Locked apps are blocked at the system level, not hidden behind a shortcut you can tap past.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Step Lock Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. A 7-day free trial is included with both subscriptions.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Scheduled lock (Pro)
Pick a stretch of the day — bedtime, work hours, the first hour after waking — and your locked apps stay shut through it, however many minutes you have banked. Onboarding now asks when the phone takes the most from you, and suggests the window to match.

Your goal, said back to you
Step Lock asked why you wanted to walk more and then never mentioned it again. Home, the evening reminder and the new goal celebration now speak to the reason you gave.

Free trial reminder
We now warn you before a trial converts, naming the date. We said we would; now we do.

Russian throughout
The onboarding questions were still answering in English. They are translated now, along with everything new in this release.
