Yes, I have tried on three different Wi-Fi networks and roaming--same flaw every single time. Thus I haven't ever yet even been able to set up an account with the app to begin with! Hence it's safe to conclude that the Step Monsters app itself is 100% USELESS AND DEFECTIVE!!!
