## What is StepUp?

Your iPhone and Apple Watch count every step. StepUp turns that count into walks you plan, record and remember.

Open it and see today at a glance, then what a step count alone never shows: whether you are getting better.

NEW: WALKS WITH THEIR ROUTE

• Tap the walk button and go. StepUp draws your route on Apple Maps in gold, live on your Lock Screen
• Replay any walk as it went
• Share it as a card with the route, the place and your own photo

NEW: STEPUP ON APPLE WATCH

• Today as an odometer that rolls up as you walk
• Start a walk on your wrist with GPS, steps and heart rate, and follow it live on your iPhone
• A tap on the wrist at every kilometre or mile, and at today's target
• Your week, your journey and eight complications for your watch face

NEW: APPLE INTELLIGENCE

On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, StepUp writes your Move Tip, names your walks and explains your plan, on device, from numbers it worked out itself.

NEW: EXPEDITIONS

Walk a real route a little every day, with a postcard at every stop.

WHAT YOU GET, FREE

• Today's steps, distance, calories and flights, from Apple Health
• A daily step goal you set
• Day, week, month and year views, plus a calendar
• Five metrics: Momentum, Trend, Tempo, Pace and Climb
• Walks recorded with their route, and your walk history
• Streaks: a trophy for every goal day, and your best run
• An evening check-in and a weekly recap told as a story
• The first week of your walking plan and of Golden Hour
• Daily Steps, Walk to Goal and all nine Lock Screen widgets

NINE WAYS TO READ YOUR WALKING

Momentum, Trend, Tempo, Pace, Climb, Effort, Routine, Evenness and Fitness: whether today is ahead of yesterday, and whether the same walk is getting easier.

A WALKING PLAN THAT KNOWS YOUR WEEK

Tell StepUp your goal, your normal day and the days you walk. It reads your real history and builds a week of targets you can actually hit. Rest a day from your Home Screen and the plan shares its steps over the days left.

GOLDEN HOUR

StepUp works out when the light turns soft in your town, shows tonight's sky and reminds you before it starts.

WIDGETS

Seventeen in all. On your Home Screen: Daily Steps, Step Totals, Daily Goal, Walking Stats, Your Paths, Sky Clock, Walk to Goal and Rest Today. On your Lock Screen: your goal, your week streak, any metric, your last walk, your journey and four rings.

YOUR STEPS NEVER LEAVE YOUR IPHONE

Your steps, heart rate and walks are read from Apple Health and used only on your devices. We store your account and what you tell us: your name, your goals and your plan answers. No ads, nothing sold.

STEPUP PRO

Pro unlocks the other four metrics, all your history, your full walking plan, Golden Hour, every widget and Expedition route, the Pro card themes and a Pro app icon. Family shares it with up to six people.

Everything free stays free. If Pro ends, nothing is deleted.
