## What is StepWatchAEF?

Track your daily steps and heart rate right from your wrist and Home Screen.

StepWatch gives you beautiful watch face complications and Home Screen widgets showing your step count progress, heart rate, HRV (heart rate variability), and post-workout heart rate recovery.

FEATURES:
• Step count complication with progress ring toward your daily goal
• Heart rate complication with real-time zone indicator
• HRV complication with weekly trend and baseline comparison
• Heart rate recovery tracking after workouts
• Weekly step trend bar chart
• Configurable daily step goal (synced between iPhone and Apple Watch)
• iOS dashboard with steps, heart rate, resting HR, and HRV at a glance
• Small and medium Home Screen widgets

WORKS WITH YOUR DEVICES:
StepWatch reads from Apple Health, so it automatically includes data from Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Whoop, Fitbit, Garmin, and any other HealthKit-connected device.

All data stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking.
