Löschen, Neuinstallation halfen nicht. (neueste Software!) Ab 10.08.26 zählt er wieder. Ich habe noch einen anderen Schrittzähler, der mir etwas genauer anzuzeigen scheint. Es gibt leichte Differenzen zwischen beiden. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. Stepwise currently uses the iPhone’s motion data to obtain step counts. If the app has not been opened for some time, older step data may no longer be available for Stepwise to retrieve. Unfortunately, deleting and reinstalling the app cannot restore data that is no longer available. Small differences compared with other step-counting apps can also occur because they may use different data sources and methods of calculating or combining steps. If you notice missing steps again, please open Stepwise and, if the problem continues, contact me using the support option in the app so I can investigate. -- Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Bitte ändern Sie die App so, daß auf einer #Watch 10# die Schritte groß und deutlich lesbar sind, ohne irgendwelche Balken, Zeitleisten oder sonstige zusätzliche Informationen. Sorry to hear that you cannot use the latest versions with your watch. I am sorry I didn't specifically mention the WatchOS 7 requirement (only mentioning the iOS 14 requirement in the update). Sadly, as Apple drop support for older devices and stop providing software updates to them, it becomes more and more difficult for people like myself as a developer to support those older devices with the code we write. I understand your frustration, but feel it is Apple that you would be best to direct your desire for supporting your older devices to. I have to say though, as a developer, it is great to heat that your Gen 1 watch is still going strong, and I am sorry I can no longer support it in code. I can’t believe I never wrote a Review for this Unique Outstanding App that I have been using for years! This app is so amazing when I found it I went “ WOW “ and being an ole man finding something to amaze me is not easy these Days!! But this Unique Outstanding Design App did and still does! I believe if you Download this app you automatically will go WOW! So give it a try for a ole man’s sake and Download it the price is right. Yeah it cost money, but Technology is not cheap and as a ole man I have truly found anything you want to keep cost money. Ich bin ca. 180cm groß Wenn ich in der App 2,10m für die Größe einstelle dann stimmt die Entfernung mit den Schritten in etwa überein. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. The default setting is to use automatic step length, which uses iOS built in data, and usually provides the most accurate representation, taking into account differing terrain. The manual option is there as a fall back, and is based on average step length based on height etc. Update: I am not sure which part of my reply you are saying is nonsense, but I can assure you that the most accurate data is provided when the automatic step length is active. The manual setting is actually there from before the automatic data from iOS became available, and I configured based on height etc as most people know their height, but do not know their stride length. I will consider whether to add the ability to manually set a specific stride length for the future, although am acutely aware that the vast majority of users do not use the manual option. ### 1/5 — Pedometer *2024-09-26, version 3.15.0* Každou chvíli nefunguje, nutno odebrat aplikaci a znova nainstalovat. Firstly, to your point of the measured distance, if you have Auto Stride enabled (default), then the distance data is provided by iOS; Stepwise just displays the data. If you have enabled manual stride length, then this may be the reason for the issue. Second, expecting accuracy over only 20 meters is going to prove difficult due to the way iOS works with step data. I literally had to sit there and keep hitting the up or down button so many times I got bored. Then I accidentally looked at a text that came in and because I hadn’t saved it, the setup process took me back to the beginning.
