Haven’t had the ‘pleasure’ of booking on the Ster Kinekor app or website for years, and as bad as I remember the experience to be, this is significantly worse. Possibly the worst online experience I’ve had in a decade. Nothing works, and it’s basically impossible to link a Vitality movie card number to book that way. This was clearly not tested before going live. Be better!

Can’t add more than one vitality card number at a time. Naming for payment method is confusing. “pay with another card tomorrow”?!

The new grades are much better however on the app I was unable to process the payment and secure my tickets. After going through the entire process and going as far as selecting our snacks there was no further selection process to conclude the purchase . I had to go to the cinema and start the process all over again.

Unfortunately, the Steir Kinikor app falls short in almost every aspect. The interface feels amateurish and is quite challenging to navigate, resulting in a frustrating user experience. It appears to have been developed on a limited budget and was not thoroughly tested. Overall, it requires significant improvements before it can be considered user-friendly or professional.

I have tried adding my Edgars club number and my vitality number but if I do I don’t get the option to check out. This is frustrating as I had to do this at the Cinema and by the time I got there the movie was already sold out. Please fix this! It is the same if I try to book from my laptop in the browser.

Pointless having an updated app that functions worse than what it replaced. Where in the world do you pay once you select your movie, insert loyalty options and choose combos…??? This new format is absolutely frustrating. Really puts a damper on wanting to go to the movies. Please fix these issues, make the app simpler to use instead of complicating it.

Once again you’ve completely changed the app and only made things worse. This happened many years ago and it was incredibly frustrating and it’s happened again. The new app is far more limited. I cannot compare the showtimes of multiple cinemas easily. The app is overall much slower and clunky and poorly designed. It is in every conceivable way worse than the previous version. I cannot fathom why you’ve done this update. I can only assume some software developer had to justify their existence, well evidently they shouldn’t exist. And clearly this app wasn’t ever tested before being released. Last time this happened it took a long while before the app reached close to the same functionality of the original version. Can you please just go back to that original app from 2013. Why do you keep doing this? What is going on there? It was working fine, why ruin things? It doesn’t even seem that difficult of an app to make. Cinema is already dying and now you’re just strangling yourself to death. Why. Why. Why. Please Ster Kenikor. I want you to live.
