### 3/5 — Great app, some issues

*2026-03-08*

I switched from another lift tracking app to this and I am very satisfied so far.

Some feedback I have: under the Activity tab, I wish we were able to name the workout. So instead of just showing the day and month, it will also show what you decide to name it, like - “March 4 - Push”. We can save the workout as a routine but not everyday is the same routine. Ex: sometimes you can add a new exercise on your push day or take one out so it would be overkill if you saved a routine for each workout you had. I don’t think it should be hard for the developer to add a rename function. The app is already well organized and I think this would add to that.

Also, the dates are incorrect. I worked out on March 7th and under the activity tab, it is saving as Match 6th, a whole day off. This is frustrating especially because I really like the app.

### 5/5 — Simple Excellence

Simple workout tracker that does everything you need.

### 5/5 — Best, simple gym ask

*2025-08-27*

it’s all I could ask for. Best gym app out there. Doesn’t let you log all your workouts only to warn you your free trial is reaching an end.
It has it all in a simple way. Log your weights. Track progress. that’s it.
Amazing.

### 5/5 — The Ultimate Workout Companion

*2025-07-19*

Sterk makes tracking workouts effortless and motivating. The clean interface, intuitive logging, and progress visuals keep me consistent and focused. It’s the best fitness log app I’ve used—simple, powerful, and built for real results.
