Don’t get this app if you have an older iPhone!  I have a 10 and my IOS is 16.7.8.  I can’t update my IOSS any further so this app will work.

Mobile Deposit is a vital feature that is not working with the newest release (always did with the old one) and needs to be resolved with an update asap

Trying to do mobile check deposit, a very common feature of bank apps now. I don't know if it's OS 8 causing this problem, but the app is now incapable of processing the deposit. I take both photos,front and back of the check, and the the app simply freezes. Fix this soon, please. The app is petty bad to begin with (clunky, confusing, hard to navigate, unresponsive) but with this key feature now non-functional, the app is completely worthless.

It’s showing alerts that “Internet Explorer 11 will soon be an supported browser”. In an iPhone app. Thanks, Sterling, highly relevant information to me as I’m trying to deposit a check. I’ll make sure to upgrade from Netscape Navigator while I’m at it.

Well, I can view my balance but deposit checks?  Can't be done. The "capture image" function does nothing. I suspect a major update is needed. Right now everything about this app is very clunky. 

Look to USAA for how to get it mostly right.

The app is inefficient and difficult to navigate within. Too many steps to get to where I need to go. Upsetting that you get locked out if you enter your password wrong. Only way to access account at that point is to call, and it's only during business hours. They get 2 stars because it's FINALLY updated to deposit checks through app.

This iPad app is cool. I love how I can log into my mobile banking or my online banking.  I like having options. I like how your branch and atm locations display too.  Thank you Sterling.
