## What is Sterling?

Sterling is a precious-metals stack tracker built for silverbugs and goldbugs who hold physical bullion for the long haul.

Log every pickup - coins, bars and rounds - and Sterling does the math that matters to a stacker:

- Melt value of each holding at the latest available spot
- Premium you paid over spot, and how much of it you are still carrying
- Where the whole stack sits right now, up or underwater, in your chosen currency
- Break-even spot per item, with the dealer spread baked in, so you know where spot needs to sit to sell back whole

Sell from your whole stack at once. Record a single sale back to your dealer that pulls from several holdings together, just like a real sell-back. Your sale history now shows the full picture, with gains and losses called out clearly so you always know where you stand.

Find what you've sold. Search straight to holdings you've fully sold back, no scrolling required.

Log pickups faster. Sterling now fills in the spot price for your purchase date automatically, and jumps you straight to the right product after you add a new one. You can pull in a product from the catalogue at any point while logging a pickup.

Plus a richer look for your Stack and a handful of fixes to keep your numbers accurate.
