I created an account and it would not allow me to submit a ticket. It says they do not service individuals. I am so confused. I lost $600 today because I put an order in to sell the 343 shares I had and somehow it bought me in 500 more. Now I have 843 share on a stock going down and once I realized your app bought, instead of sold, I had to do a market order to get out and I lost $600. Yes the sell option was picked when I hit the verify button. It said to sell my shares and I hit ok but it bought.
