The official Stetsom app was developed to offer intuitive, precise and complete control of several of the brand's digital processors, compatible with the STX2436BT, STX2448BT and STX2496BT processors. Whether to adjust your automotive sound system in real time or to monitor technical information, with multiple functionalities, the app delivers a modern and connected experience through Bluetooth communication.

How to use:
1. Install the app on your device
2. Activate Bluetooth
3. Turn on the compatible processor
4. Open the app and select the desired processor from the list

If you do not yet have a compatible Stetsom processor, activate the demo mode and explore all the features available in the app.

Não conecta de jeito nenhum em iOS, desde sábado, ontem comprei outro processador achando que o erro fosse no meu, mas pelo visto os comentários, são pra Todos. Android conecta normalmente, mas sistema iOS não. Lancem uma atualização pro 2436, corrijam esse erro. Assistencia diz que já foi sanado, mas nada de dar certo.

I have 3 of these DSP units. One in each of my vehicles and all of a sudden my phone will not connect to any of them. It keeps telling me incorrect password. I have not changed my password. I have not been able to listen to any music in any of my vehicles the last 3 days due to this being the central controlling component in my system. I am ready to take these out as well as all my Stetson amps and replace everything with a different name brand. Contacted customer support and all they could tell me is that they are working on fixing the issue

App apresentando falha na hora de se conectar, falha na conexão diz que senha está incorreta sendo que não foi alterado nenhuma senha, mesmo usando a senha padrão não funciona em nenhum iOS, tentei no iPhone 12, XR, 8, 6s e nada, só funciona quando uso um celular com sistema Android. Até um moto g20 funciona, já no iOS nada….🤦🏻‍♂️

This thing randomly list signal. Tech support is ONLY on WhatsApp messenger. No call support available. Will not let me connect to update the system. Keeps saying password error and when I finally get it to display the “update” system it says “update failed”. Tech support messaged me saying it was a software issue and would be fixed by tonight/tomorrow and said everything would work fine and when I tried to turn on my system my SUBWOOFERS were playing voices like regular midrange speakers. So I had to disconnect the remote wire signal to hopefully avoid damage to my AMPLIFIER AND SUBWOOFERS due to this Bluetooth unit NOT FUNCTIONING at all. Terrible customer service‼️‼️
