Subscriptions are charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase. They automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price and for the same duration as the original subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes account settings. Please note that cancellations are not allowed during an active subscription period.

I cannot publish no videos from this app. I contact with the sport couple times no help at all so now I’m asking my money back and still nothing is the app and Web the same thing you can’t even download the videos.

I subscribed to this app for a year and stopped using it after only a few weeks because the features and options were far more limited than I expected. Despite barely using the service for most of my subscription period, I forgot to cancel before renewal and noticed the charge immediately after it renewed.

I contacted support the same day to request a refund, explaining the situation and that I no longer used the app. They refused, citing a no-refund policy, even though the renewal had just occurred. Offering a free future subscription instead of refunding a charge for a service I don’t want was not a reasonable solution.

The app itself didn’t provide enough value to justify the cost, and the customer service experience left me even more disappointed. There are better alternatives available with more features and more customer-friendly policies.

Steer clear of this app!!!

so when you first get this app it looks good and then when you try to generate anything you need premium excuse me do i have to pay to literally do anything plus all the model ai’s there is not even a single free one
