## What is Steven?

How was today, really?

Steven is a mood journal that feels calm, not clinical. No long essays, no feeds, no scores—just an honest daily check-in and a gentle record of how life has actually felt.

A ritual you can keep

Slide to how you feel overall, tap the emotions that showed up, and you’re done. Steven celebrates your streak when you show up day after day—without guilt when you miss one.

Your mood, made visible

A month calendar filled with little mood faces—good stretches and hard weeks, all in one glance
A year-in-pixels view to see the bigger picture
Tap any logged day to revisit what you felt and edit it
A world that matches your day

Sad days bring rain. Happy days bring sun. Neutral days drift with leaves and wind. Steven sits on his bench through it all—a small companion, not a dashboard.

Insights that stay yours

When you’re ready, Mood Analysis looks across your history for patterns—recurring emotions, shifts over time, stretches of lighter or heavier days. It runs on your device, so your journal isn’t sent off to be read in the cloud. Supportive and specific to your data—not medical advice, and not a diagnosis.

Nudge, don’t nag

Optional evening reminders help you check in before the day disappears. You stay in control.

Built for reflection

Steven is for noticing your emotional life over time—not for replacing therapy, crisis support, or professional care. If you’re struggling, please reach out to someone who can help.

Download Steven. Check in. Move on. Look back when you’re ready.

### 5/5 — Simple yet effective

*2026-06-25*

This app is so simple in a good way, does not require any information from me. It is a very straight forward mood calendar that gets the job done, and the animation is so nice it makes me want to stay on the calendar just to watch it!
