## What is Steven?

Steven is the private way to check in with how you feel. No sign-up. No accounts. No ads. No personal data collected. Just a calm daily mood journal — playful, honest, and built to stay on your device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your mood history stays with you. We don’t collect personal information, we don’t sell anything, and we don’t share your feelings with advertisers. There are no ad networks, no advertising IDs, and no third-party trackers watching what you log.

• No sign-up — open the app and start journaling
• No account, no email, no phone number
• No ads, ever
• No advertising IDs, no cross-app tracking
• No personal data collected
• Moods, emotions, and notes are stored on your device
• Optional sync through your Apple iCloud — private, encrypted, and controlled by Apple
• Evening reminders are local notifications on your phone — nothing is sent to our servers
• Mood Analysis runs on-device with Apple Intelligence — your journal isn’t read in the cloud

A CALM DAILY CHECK-IN
How was today, really? Slide to how you feel, tap the emotions that showed up, add a short note if you want, and you’re done. No long essays, no feeds, no scores — just an honest ritual you can keep.

• Quick mood logging — sad, calm, happy, or angry
• Emotion tags so you can name what showed up
• Optional evening reminders so you don’t forget to log
• Streaks that celebrate showing up — without guilt when you miss a day

YOUR MOOD, MADE VISIBLE
See patterns over time without turning your life into a dashboard.

• Month calendar filled with little mood faces
• Year-in-pixels view for the bigger picture
• Tap any logged day to revisit or edit how you felt

A WORLD THAT MATCHES YOUR DAY
Sad days bring rain. Happy days bring sun. Angry days storm with bats and starfalls. Steven sits on his bench through it all — a small companion, not a clinical tool.

INSIGHTS THAT STAY YOURS
When you’re ready, Mood Analysis looks across your history for patterns — recurring emotions, shifts over time, lighter or heavier stretches. Ask follow-up questions and keep the conversation going. It all runs on your device with Apple Intelligence, so your journal stays private. Supportive and specific to your data — not medical advice, and not a diagnosis.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Glance at your streak and today’s mood right from your iPhone home screen.

BUILT FOR REFLECTION
Steven is for noticing your emotional life over time — not for replacing therapy, crisis support, or professional care. If you’re struggling, please reach out to someone who can help.

### 5/5 — Simple yet effective

*2026-06-25*

This app is so simple in a good way, does not require any information from me. It is a very straight forward mood calendar that gets the job done, and the animation is so nice it makes me want to stay on the calendar just to watch it!
