Please add the ability to de-select the default bag. Particularly since many of us recycle and reuse a bag we already own. Also, in BC (or at least the greater Vancouver/Fraser valley area), there is a mandatory charge of .25 per bag which is added to the order. Update: second request to have an option adde to opt out of the bag for pick up orders via the app. Thank you! ### 1/5 — This don’t even work *2025-08-17, version 6.0.3* The app is frozen on the loading screen bro fix ts ### 1/5 — App Never Opens *2025-05-10, version 6.0.3* 9/10 times I go to open the app it gets stuck on the splash screen. Just a frozen logo. Force closing doesn’t help, reinstalling the app doesn’t help. When you rotate the screen you can see the app behind the splash screen but can’t interact with anything. I waited a couple months, maybe they need to fix the app due to a recent update, but there’s been no change. Was this app QA’d at all? ### 1/5 — Can’t make payment *2023-07-31, version 5.2.1* I ordered everything I wanted and when it came time to pay, I got an “Oops, invalid redeemables Ref #tm-err-51360277” message. What does that mean?! No button to reach technical support. App hangs and crashes as well as no way to apply promos. Not compatible with Apple Pay either.
