I have accounts at numerous grocery stores, and have no issues everything works. But, your app doesn’t work at all. Midway through creating an account it locked on REFRESH. I was almost entered, now I don’t know if I’m in or not. I saw the terrible reviews before downloading so I’m at fault for thinking all past errors were fixed. Specials, rewards, etc work fine for me. Issues: According to app the burger comes with pickles and sauce. I have never received either thru app (in 4 attempts) Same when ordering in person, they ask if you want lettuce/tomato/onion - no mention of pickles or sauce. Seems employees dont know what sandwich comes with. Either train them correctly or update app to change base “smash burger” ingredients. Add 10-15 minutes to your order time. This happened each time I ordered, and it was just 30 minutes after opening. Excuses varied from having to go inside to get burgers (you opened 30 mins ago??) to go inside to chop onions (why is this on the menu if you’re not prepared to serve it?). Do NOT order a side of ketel chips. It’s a side option but I was told “nobody brought it out, you’ll have to go inside and get it yourself”. I had no idea where to go. Why is this on the menu? Why does this ordering hub even exist? It’s supposed to be convenient and save time, but it’s a pain. They send me inside on a wild goose chase. Honestly, the app may be fine but the people running the burger stand are untrained and possibly not given time or resources to run it properly, because how hard is this?? As a regular shopper spending hundreds of dollars here, the new 6-month points expiration feels like it goes against that spirit. We earn these rewards with our loyalty, and they should be ours to keep until we choose to use them. Allow for points to be returned during app error 6. Coupons should work if I add them at checkout. 7. Password reset should last longer then a day 8. Why am I allowed to use a few coupons some time but only one for other times 9. But my kids would be so disappointed when we’d “only” spend $75 - missing out on the free ice cream by $15. Using the app means that I can accrue my points and then get the free ice cream after two or three trips. One thing that can make is better would be to add apple wallet support. This way you can pull up the barcode faster at the register when you checkout.
