I recently found a mouse in a glue trap I had placed near the kitchen to catch cockroaches. The app did not provide me the option to choose the kitchen area and therefore had to enter it under “appliance.” I don’t think anyone from administration or maintenance is able to see these requests as I’ve just submitted my 3rd one for services that I’m also feed for monthly.
