It will not connect with the battery. You would expect that after 98% of reviews as 1-star they would address their problem. ### 1/5 — What happened *2023-04-14, version 1.3.8* Bought a Q-Follow last year and app seems to work as it was supposed to. Now the Bluetooth will never connect. This version is complete trash and now i never know how much charge my cart has. Which means the cart is now unreliable. Initially after full charge, it reads 70% and then halfway through a round it reads less than 1%, but after cycling power it showed a higher percentage. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-05-03, version 1.3.8* Connects to the battery on my Q follow maybe one at out 100 times. It’s supposed to notify me when below 30% never once happened. Yes I have notifications turned on. So the app is completely pointless. Every time you open it you have to re-register which takes an age and isn’t easy whilst walking with your trolley. Just make sure the battery is in the cart and turned on then it will pair and show battery percentage. It does not pair otherwise. ### 5/5 — App works fine *2023-12-06, version 1.3.8* You do, of course, have to have the battery on, and Bluetooth enabled. When I powered up the battery and opened the app it notified me the battery wanted to connect to the app, I pressed OK, and got the screen that told me it had 4650 mA and was 60% charged. Shows me exactly how much battery power is left on my Q Follow golf caddy. I also was able to set up an alert that lets me know when the battery life goes below a percentage that I determine. If you bought a Q Follow, rest assured the app works just as intended. ### 4/5 — Problem, but I believe I’ve found a solution *2024-03-01, version 1.3.8* When I initially installed it worked nicely. One hour later I went to check the status of the battery charge. I had to register, again. I closed the app after checking. Guess what happened? Yup. I had to re-register. Happened every time I closed the app. I have now found if I exit out of the app using the 3 bars in the top left corner of the app I no longer have the above connection problem.
