When are you going to fix ongoing crashes? Every time there a “change” or an update to the WO app crashes. If there’s a “change” to a WO app freezes or can’t go further than “accept” then crashes. No other choice but delete and reinstall. I do this almost on a daily basis. I have the latest iOS update.

A joke of an app. It’s slow. It doesn’t track location properly. It has a bad documents scanner. Loading the History tab takes 30 seconds at least just to review your loads. Viewing rates is slow. Sometimes it bugs out and the pick up information gets refreshed and you have to input it all over. Doesn’t always send Waybills to the rail. No settings options. It’s a pretty bad app.

Seriously the most stupid app on earth I need to be able to correct the container number or chassis why do I have to call dispatch and wait forever , history takes forever to refresh very slow

You can’t verify if you send additional attached documents, also as a fleet manager you can’t see the rates of work orders after they’re completed by an employee. 

I think it would be best if all the work orders require instead of adding additional document, just like delivery orders requires it by default.

This app is phenomenal and does exactly what it’s supposed to! I have had great luck with geofences triggering every time. Entering data is simple and easy (containers m, seal, billing).
