## What is Stic?

Most habit trackers run on guilt. The streak is designed to hurt when you lose it — that is the mechanic, that is what makes it work.

Until you get ill. Or you travel. Or something happens. You lose two hundred days because of one bad week, and you never open the app again.

The thing that was supposed to keep you consistent is the thing that made you quit.

FREEZE THE DAY
Long press a habit and choose Freeze. The day is paused and your streak survives. You did not do the run, and Stic will not pretend you did — but it will not reset you to zero over one sick day either.

ONE TAP, TWO SECONDS
Tap the badge on the Today view and it is logged. No rating how it went, no note, no mood picker. An app you have to think about is an app you stop opening.

SEE THE REAL SHAPE OF A MONTH
Calendar heatmaps show your actual pattern — the good weeks, the gaps, the direction. More honest than a single number, and more useful.

Everything syncs through your own iCloud. No account to create, no data collected, no subscription.
