My favorite feature was the slams, as you could play as and against the big names of the time. You guys messed it up. Now you have random players and rip off names….. please just go back to having each slam have the 16 ranked players on tour. One, the game is pretty heavily pay-to-unlock in terms of levels and better gear, it’d be better if they added some free options as a reward for playing instead of paying. Two, there’s one game mechanic where, while you’re serving you can serve up the middle and if you time it right it’s almost always an ace. I can just farm this and win every single one of my serves but it gets boring after a while due to no challenge. When I changed my Iphone all my purchases are lost forever and there is no option to restore purchases. App developer need to provide option to restore progress and purchases. It is no good to rip off customers. I’ve always really enjoyed it, it has smooth and simple gameplay, and you don’t need to pay to win. My only complaints are 1) lack of difficulty/competitiveness from the CPU, especially once you unlock better players in the slams (I get it, better player=better stats but I shouldn’t be 6-0ing everyone imo) and 2) no ability to change settings whatsoever. No difficulty sliders, no match length changes, etc. I remember it used to be the slams had the full best of 3 or 5 matches, I had some thrilling games back then. I understand it was a bit of a time sink, especially in those competitive games, but I figured a save system would be added mid game. Instead we have… one set matches and no ability to choose match length. Understandable, but still a disappointing solution. It’s a game which takes patience and practice Reviewers who say that it’s too hard don’t know how to play it.
