And how about fixing today’s free energy, none of them worked today. The free bonus energy used to say when you claimed it but it no longer does. Almost everyone need the same cards. ### 3/5 — Service client *2025-07-22* Bonjour, je n’arrive pas à joindre le service client pour exposer un problème… j’ai envoyer une carte à une personne cependant celle-ci m’a mit un avis négatif parce qu’elle n’a pas reçu la carte j’ai contacter le service client du jeu qui m’a bien prouver que j’ai envoyer la carte a une certaine heure et que la personne l’avait reçu et qu’elle l’a même récupérer le lendemain cependant elle m’a mit un avis négatif … de plus je l’ai contacter par chat et celle-ci ne répond absolument pas comment faire ? You must check each album manually or you will end up in the middle of a trade you can't complete. This app is nowhere as good as stickergo. It's actually very hard to keep track of trades. Also, the energy links makes you watch lengthy ads and they aren't exclusive to this app - you get the same links from Facebook without wasting time sitting through ads. **Developer response:** Hi, We are sorry for your negative experience. Sticker Town ### 1/5 — Très déçue *2025-09-05* 1 fois sur 2 et je suis gentille, les échanges ne se font pas ou j’envoie la carte et en face on ne me l’envoie pas. De plus impossible d’avoir les énergie car après les pubs ça se bloque et on y a pas accès ### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne plus *2025-08-25* Mais ca deconne tout le temps. Quand on ajoute les albums tout est faussé. On ce retrouve à échanger des cartes qu’on a pas et recevoir des cartes qu’on a. Finalement ca n’est d’aucune aide. Sticker Town ### 1/5 — Too many ads *2025-08-05, version 1.3* I completely understand that the ads are the way in which the developers can be compensated for their work, but one add every 2 minutes (!!!) is making me hate the app and all the companies that promote their products there! Your app Notification Centre is sending me one notification after the other notifying me I have energy. Make it stop because any time I try to click on the link to receive it takes me to the App Store to another App exclusively for rewards. I down loaded that app and none of those links work either.
