In iMessage you can only edit a picture after taking it directly in iMessage!  Open camera, snap pic, click  Effects and you find the stickers there. 
My kid loves your games so obviously she loves this

OK now I get it
You have to click and drag on a nose and put it on a message that’s already been sent or received for the eyes and nose etc.

It’s a shame that there are some negative reviews on here. Maybe people should learn how stickers apply, resize etc before they use them a bit?

My kids and I love everything these guys do! The stickers are no exception - we love making things into animal faces!

mittlerweile fand ich heraus dass man die gesichtsteile auf bereits gepostete fotos platzieren kann. hatte erst versucht sie vor dem absenden zu platzieren, was nicht glückte. dummy me!
vielleicht wär es gut für leute wie mich, die noch nicht so vertraut mit dem sticker-umgang sind, ein kurzes tutorial bereit zu halten.
