But I do wish there could be more added things in the games like adding a new board or character every once every month or something. As well as having day and night feature in practice and getting rid of the time limit which is not that big of a deal but something I wish to change in coming months. And I wish that that was a choice where you can make own skatepark play with or against your friends. And talking about friends I also want to play agist my friends in practice or without spending money cause I don’t lose money to my friends. In summary I want there to be changes with playing with friends different than just normal battles and I a wish that there isn’t a time limit and including more chat to people during battles and day and night feature in practice. There can be 60 people playing a mode and you will not find a match until 5 minutes. Other than the matchmaking it is a really fun game ### 4/5 — It’s still okay after 4 years. *2021-07-09, version 2.3.4* Yeah, I’ve played this game over a year ago. So what? It’s still a good game. Even with some minor spelling errors here and there, it’s still quite fun to skate around as a stickman. I mean, you’ve got an active player base just doing what they want to do. There’s even some REALLY high level players playing the game to this day. I’ve still managed to beat most of the level 1-10 people that I’ve encountered during my second play through of this game, since I remembered how to do most of the game already. I smashed the scores with all my beginner tricks and learned new ones along the way. With my old account, I just let it lose to me to drain all of the coins that I earned with it onto my new account. That way, I could easily get into buying more stuff for my account. Anyway, the game should receive more updates, because the last update of this app was 8 months ago as of this review, and it has not gotten a new update since. Try to fix some of the bugs I found, such as when the stickman limbs get stuck on certain objects around each of the skateparks. Maybe adding a new skatepark would be a nice touch. Thank you for allowing me to have fun with this game for the past couple years. ### 4/5 — Awesome Game! What’s fun about getting bragging or almost swear statements at you? There should only be like congratulations or celebration or positive messages for the chat! Not impressed. But still, great app! I’ve been playing this game for 3 days and Already have over 90,000$ worth of gear and coins. I didn’t have to grind out that many ads to get good at this game. The matchmaking is also very fair and I don’t get placed with amazing players very often. ### 4/5 — Stick Man Skate Battle Issue *2020-02-11, version 2.3.2* I love the game and the skaters are cute. Love that you can practice and battle against other players online. The only issue i am having is...i have a total of 4 different skaters, and I don't know how to switch to the one I want to use. I try clicking on the skaters, and it's always the same one I started with. Mechanics are great, hardly any bugs, and loads of fun. One complaint though, it sometime takes a while to load into a match. If it didn’t this game would have gotten 5 stars from me. There could also be a one time coin purchase for an unlimited time training area... ### 5/5 — Really people?! *2018-05-22, version 2.1.0* First off, most people have said that it is hard to get coins without spending REAL money, yet those statements are false. Very false. I am a level 14 and I spent no money on this game and I easily got money. I recently had 14,000 coins. Second, of course this game isn’t fully 5 stars, yet why give 1 star based on that reason? Harsh! The gameplay is amazing and it doesn’t lag often. Also, everyone complains about ads even though that is how they make money. Geez people, do you understand business? All of these over exaggerated reviews are horrible. I also read a review saying that the match ups are unfair because people are playing on beginner level. That actually isn’t true, at least for me it isn’t. When I was level 6, I was matched up with 5-8, which is very similar to level 6 to be honest. And even now that I am a level 14, there are some times when I get matched with level 18s. Yet, we would mostly have the same items. So, they obviously match up your opponents by what items you have, not level. This game has been amazing and those other reviews are sort of exaggerated, no offense. First off how are you supposed to do tricks??? I literally kept on doing the same trick every time I wanted to do another one. I literally do as the instructions say I have to Ollie and do the trick. Well that’s what I’ve been doing and I try to do nose grabs and tail grabs and it’s not working. But it’s kinda good and when I mean that it’s terrible!!! Do not waste your money on this $1.00 game and I’ll rather eat my leg with some cream cheese and cook that for a night and eat it with radioactive water for 2 months. ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2017-10-20, version 1.3.0* This game is terrible. As developers you should be ashamed. And now you won’t even accept my first review. Laggy/glitchy gameplay is just the beginning. After that you learn that the “tricks button” can hardly get a trick off much less string multiple together. Then if you can get past all of that you have to deal with pay to win players, and if you want to keep playing you have to pay to do that. You work your way up to the higher tier competitions only to get crushed by players with better gear than you, gear that costs an absurd amount of coins which is impossible to get by playing the lower tier games. 30+ second ads after 2, 2 minute games. Overall poorly made and no chance of success without spending money. Every time I do a daily spin, it gives me basically nothing, making it really hard to earn coins without spending money. Second, the controls are MEGA scuffed. When I go to do a trick, I am the joystick perfectly at the one I wanna do, but instead does one next to it. I wouldn’t recommend this game to ANYONE at all. ### 2/5 — THE FIVE STARS ARE FAKE!!! *2017-11-05, version 1.3.0* This is not actually a five star game, you get in game money for giving it five stars. As for the game itself, the concept is great, but could use some improvements. First, I would like to see training mode be free and give you unlimited time. I mean, you’re not making any money off of training, so why pay to play a park for two minutes? Second, money in this game is super hard to get. You either have to watch an ad, rate the game five stars, or gamble your money against someone who could be good, or could be awful. I really hope the developers see this, because I could see more people spending more time and money on this game giving it HONEST five star reviews if it was just more fun to play. ### 2/5 — PTW all I gotta say.. *2017-09-26, version 1.2.5* A bunch of bad players with bought characters/tricks because it's the only way to actually progress unless you want to spend 5 hours like I did to win and lose the same 1500 coins. Cheap to buy but pay to win.. still a good game and I'll be wasting my spare time here.. a good analogy of the passiveness in the mediocre waste of time we choose to spend our life on such frivolous and obviously rigged/corrupt society or game match but still give in and play every chance. You can still beat the ones who fell for pay to win by practice and learning to "work the track" you see who payed their way and who put in effort and practice ### 3/5 — Updated review *2018-09-24, version 2.3.1* It’s a great game until you rank up in the mid teens then it’s hard to match to anyone at your level. I’m currently a 19 and I match with 31 and 42, and even 70 today. Obviously I get killed. It’s a great game for beginners but once you get some skill it takes longer to rank up and there are people who must spend their lives playing. It was easy to learn and fun to play. But recently the game hasn’t been working properly. I’ve never had any problems with it up till this point. Every time I try to get on the game it redirects me to a page that’s says that the game app isn’t active anymore. And it only lets you practice offline. Not too sure if it’s sometime that’s going to be fixed. On my first account, I am level 16 and I only play the 2000 coin challenges. Problem is, I only match with Freddy Schubert who is level 125. He spanks me absolutely every time because it is actually impossible to score as much as him. So I can go win 100,000 smaller winning matches so I can afford a better board in 21 years but that’s not going to happen. I’m in a corner where I am forced to lose to Freddy over and over or spend money which I am not doing lol.
