The dev answer: play on a Better device is a joke. First: I’m using 13 pro max and run a lot of game with much better in graphics, so it’s not a device problem, but a low app quality. Second, it the device is not compatible (which is not my case), the game can’t be displayed as compatible. **Developer response:** Hello! If you head to customer service you need to have a video to be able to complete their form. Had fun for about an hour before this problem hit. Horrible way for customer complaints to be addressed and the game is only so-so. One star only because I had to, to submit this complaint. Funny, when I just submitted a review it doesn’t show up in the most recent reviews. Game probably pays for reviews so be wary.
