Sticks turns net practice into coached practice.

Prop your phone at the crease, side-on. Walk in, take your stance, and swing when you hear the tick. A few seconds later Coach Sam is in your ear — what was good, what to tighten up, what to try next ball. Real coaching you hear, not a dashboard you read.

Setting up is now a conversation. Prop your phone at the crease and your coach talks you into frame — "There you are — head and feet in shot." Tap "Missed a swing?" and he tells you why, out loud.

Also in this update: truer shot names on your cards (a cut is finally called a cut), a live framing check that never shows green when it can't see you, faster READY, and the phone stays awake for the whole net.
