It is impossible to register without a phone number, but their system is broken and does not send confirmation codes via text when signing up. I tried two different UK numbers to no success. Absolutely useless loyalty programme. The website also crashes regularly. ### 1/5 — Broken onboarding *2026-04-28, version 2.1.6* Not possible to progress beyond onboarding with no dropdown available for language and no way to skip this part of the process. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-02-19, version 2.1.4. SNS* The app used to work just fine, but lately it is not usable anymore. You have to choose a country and language but it doesn’t give any language options to choose. SNS* The app had an update, and now when you try to open it, you need to select the country after choosing the language. SNS* Works well as a loyalty program to collect points and order pickup but doesn’t recognise neither of 4 adresses I’ve tried, which are all in London, so not an unpopular city.
