For the people reading this, if you’re trying to use something like this, use castles. Taking payment and failing to deliver the product or provide basic customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and steer clear until they figure out their billing and support. I am getting charged way more than I should be. I have the pro plan and the AI prompts plan. I saved up $50 to use towards my next game, and within 3 prompts it burned through everything and still didn’t get the outcome I wanted. Most prompts charge a few dollars each. But now my credit history says it was charged over 8 times even though I only made 3 prompts. I demand a refund. You are scamming me. I’ve already made a great first game and was working on a few other projects, so I am fully aware of how the platform usually works and the range it typically charges. Give no money!! *2026-06-02, version 1.9.20* I’m a web developer, and I was interested to see if this lived up to its advertising- wherein a slick, colourful sophisticated game was made. Surprise surprise, it’s incapable of this. I downloaded the app, and the opening stages reel you in, up to a point where it shows you a ‘mock up’ of what your game will supposedly be. This is in fact an AI generated image of a fantasy version of what it can do- it does not resemble its capabilities at all. This is where it becomes a ‘scam’ as at this point you are encouraged to buy credits to make the game. “Well…” you think, “the mock up looks cool, let’s try this”. So you hand over your money and you get to ‘play your game’. Except you don’t- you get a ridiculous, primitive, buggy, unplayable piece of trash that has 0% resemblance to your mock up. Any attempt to fix it with the in app AI is impossible, it cannot follow even the most basic of directions, and revert endlessly to the same errors over and over. It’s untouchable, and cannot achieve the core points of this app – build a game. At this point, you’ll probably try and get a refund, and you’ll discover that no Answer will come to any request. You’re never gonna see that money again, and they must receive messages like this every day. This is essentially an app that offers something it cannot deliver under false pretenses, take serious money from you – and then keeps it and ignores complaints. DO. NOT.
