## What is Sticky Cards?

Sticky Cards is a calm, pretty place to learn. Every card is a pastel sticky note, and each one comes back right before you'd forget it. A few minutes a day is all it takes to remember.

Use it for anything: languages, biology, history, exams, or whatever you want to learn next.

Hi, I'm Jhon Sebastian Hernandez, an independent developer who teaches English, French and Spanish. I built Sticky Cards for my students, as a safe, cozy space for learning. I hope it feels that way for you, too.

FREE FOR EVERYONE
• 4 kinds of cards: question & answer, both ways (great for vocabulary), fill in the blank, and type the answer.
• Smart reviews: just a few minutes a day. Each card comes back right before you'd forget it.
• Gold stars: 1, 2 or 3 stars show how well you know each card. Three stars means mastered.
• Today's pad: a few new cards a day, so it never feels like too much.
• Practice mode: review whenever you like, and your stars never change.
• Interactive widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Flip a card right on your Home Screen.
• Gentle daily reminders that name your binder, plus a streak with streak shields to protect it on busy days.
• Night mode that stays soft and pretty.
• Print your cards as paper sticky notes, perfect for classes where phones aren't allowed, or save them as a PDF.
• Share or back up a binder as a file.
• iCloud sync, free: your binders, cards, photos, recordings and streak are saved in your own iCloud and come back on a new iPhone.
• 5 binders of your own with unlimited cards, plus starter binders to help you begin.
• Sounds and haptics you can turn off. Available in 13 languages.

YOUR CARDS STAY YOURS
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your cards live on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, where only you can see them. The App Store privacy label reads: Data Not Collected.

STICKY CARDS PRO (OPTIONAL)
• Magic cards (needs Apple Intelligence): paste your notes, scan pages, or pick photos or a PDF, and Apple Intelligence writes the cards right on your iPhone. It's private: your notes never leave your phone. You check the cards, then add them. Your first Magic cards are free.
• Exam countdown: pick your test date and every card gets started in time. Reviews skip the exam day, you see how many cards are ready, and Last look goes through every card before the test.
• Unlimited binders.
• All 5 looks: Strawberry Milk, Lavender Dream, Cherry Blossom and Y2K Bubblegum, plus the free Sticky Notes look.
• Photos and voice recordings on your cards.
• Scan text with the camera.
• Import cards from spreadsheets.
• Detailed stats.
• 4 streak shields instead of 2.

Magic cards work only on an iPhone or iPad that supports Apple Intelligence (such as iPhone 15 Pro or newer), with Apple Intelligence turned on, in the languages it supports. On other devices they don't appear and aren't part of Pro; everything else in Pro works.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-11-02

Sticky Cards is now easier to use for everyone. Text grows with your iPhone's text size, colors are easier to read, and VoiceOver reads cards, answers and buttons more clearly. With Reduce Motion on, cards now fade instead of turning over, and the answer side no longer appears mirrored.

### 1.2 — 2026-11-01

iCloud sync is here, and it's free for everyone. Your binders, cards, photos, recordings and streak are saved in your own private iCloud, so they come back on a new iPhone or after you reinstall the app. Only you can see them. See how it's going in Me › iCloud sync.

New in Sticky Cards Pro: the exam countdown. Open a binder, tap the three dots and choose Exam date. Sticky Cards paces your new cards so every one is started at least 3 days before the test, moves any review due on the exam day to the day before, and shows how many cards are ready: likely to be remembered on exam morning. The day before and on the day, Last look goes through every card without changing your stars.

Also in this update: before you buy Pro, the app now says clearly that Magic cards need an iPhone or iPad with Apple Intelligence. Text fits better with large text sizes and on iPad, and sounds load in the background, so the app opens more smoothly.
