I always prefer apps that can be copied and pasted. ### 3/5 — First impression *2020-03-09, version 2.3* Looks like a good idea and seems to work as described. Font choice would be good. Big downer is that it does not appear on my list of apps in phone settings and cannot use iCloud between devices. The iPad is a bit big to carry in my pocket. The excitement for this app wore off when I realized I could use this for planning and mapping daily life and projects on my ipad, but then not refer to it on my phone ... so it would to tap into icloud, gmail, ... Also, would prefer a gallery sidebar on the left to switch boards, which could be left open for fast board switching. ### 5/5 — Great Electronic Whiteboard *2017-02-23, version 2.3* This app is great for taking notes or using as an electronic whiteboard for meetings or presentations. Easy to use and lots of nice features that make it a nice whiteboard without all the messy ink smudges :) ### 5/5 — Very Useful *2017-01-23, version 2.3* While working on a scheduling project, I thought back to my working days and remembered how the white board in my office was such a huge help. I wondered if a white board existed out there in App land......lo and behold, there was the Stickyboard2! I am happily using this for scheduling and menu planning. ### 5/5 — A great app, but I will be using another of the developer's apps *2016-11-20, version 2.3* I bought this to do Kanban boards for personal projects. It would have worked out OK, but on installation the app suggested trying the free version of Cardflow by the same developer. Couldn't resist. Ended up buying Cardflow+ which seems to be much more powerful and better suited to my purposes. I may never use this app, but it is a great app. At least I got it on sale! If you don't need the additional power of Cardflow+ I highly recommend it. One feature this has that seems to be missing from Cardflow+ is the ability to change the size and shape (but still rectangular) of the stickies. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2016-06-23, version 2.3* You have a post it app which is often used in creative session but yet you can use it in split screen mode (to see at pictures or website). ### 5/5 — I absolutely love post-it pads *2016-03-27, version 2.3* I finally found something that I actually use everyday. Separate notes for all my list with 3 different font sizes. 100% satisfied. ### 5/5 — Excellent... *2016-03-06, version 2.3* I love this app and use it alot...but it needs ios 9 update and a more smoother handwriting simillar to cardflow app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Lost all my notes *2017-12-05, version 2.3* I thought the app was great as I spent quite a bit of time setting up galleries containing several notes in each. It was easy to add new notes, delete and move others. After about two weeks, the notes fell off to the corner on each gallery page, and my attempts to bring them back to the center turned the gallery into a grey screen with the Qrayon logo. No amount of swiping or ‘pinching’ would bring them back. I submitted feedback twice at the developer’s website but received no response. As a last resort, I reinstalled the app. Not surprisingly, everything is lost. ### 1/5 — Could be a great app, author seems to have abandoned it. *2017-01-30, version 2.3* Update 1-30-17 Have stopped using Stickynotes 2. It would appear that the author has abandoned the app, no updates since 2014? Lots of input here, no updates. I guess there's no $ in updates? Or just lazy? Beats me... I've started looking for a replacement, first thing I check now is the update history. More than a year or so since last update, skip it in my opinion!! Original review: 6-11-16 Love the Stickynotes 2, very helpful particularly with the way my mind works! Using on an IPad, and bummed out that there is no way to arrange the white boards. Which ever one I edit changes it's place and shows up first in the list of white boards. Also, it would be amazing if I could reduce all the white boards to the size that would fit on the screen all at once, still being able to see the titles, tap on one to bring it forward. You cannot write on sticky notes with the pen. It just won't show. I purchased this app thinking that I would be able to do this, and was disappointed to find out I can't. One star for now, five once this is added. ### 1/5 — Sticky Board 2 disappointing *2014-01-11, version 1.6* The claimed three finger arrangement doesn't work. Despite persisting and rebooting. Editing of text is not straightforward or intuitive. Needs some redevelopment effort to get it to meet the description claims. It's a shame really. Functional gesture programming is not a difficult task to bug fix. Otherwise a useful tool in concept. ### 1/5 — Too Much Frustration *2013-02-24, version 1.4* Poor instructions. No suggestion how to get different colored sticky notes, or change the font as seen on the sample page. Minimum size of stickynote is too big for a task that is just 4 words long. Erratic performance. Board goes dead (unzoomable), and notes stop enabling when touched. Here's a thought. Tell your users how to DELETE THE NOTES, and provide a legitimate website. Can't effectively be used for a task list if you can't delete notes as asks are fished,. ### 1/5 — Rip *2012-07-30, version 1.3* Can't get it to scroll - when I create a note it moves me off the screen 5$ gone :( ### 2/5 — Great idea - but not Apple Pencil friendly! *2019-05-14, version 2.3* This app is a great idea but it is poorly executed. The whole idea behind writing a sticky (Post-It) note is for writing a quick reminder or note, and yet this app does not support the Apple Pencil for handwriting, or basic functionality like cut, copy or delete. You are forced to pull up the keyboard and type everything in. Much more cumbersome than just clicking on the screen with your Pencil and handwriting the sticky (like you would in the real world with a real sticky Post-It note). I don’t think Post-It notes would have become famous if you were forced to use a typewriter to make them. Once this app becomes Apple Pencil friendly it will be much more user friendly and usable. ### 2/5 — Needs an update *2018-09-09, version 2.3* I've been using this for a while now, and I do like it. But it's time for an update, like using new stylus' available out there. Also be able to create a book made up of several boards etc. PLEASE UPDATE THIS. I want to use it with Apple Pencil. Don't want to overthink this app. I would not expect cloud collaboration, but would like to be able to print my board directly. I'll be looking at other apps by this author! ### 5/5 — For when you just need simple post-it's *2017-06-16, version 2.3* I use CardFlow also and love it but if I don't need the extra features, this allows me to work efficiently. It's also extremely easy for other people to jump right in on collaborative planning - CardFlow has a higher learning curve. Both are apps I'm happy to have. I would like to see keyboard shortcut options for quickly adding new posts / cards.
