## What is StickyFridge?

StickyFridge is a habit tracker built for two people. You keep the habit — water, the gym, meals, weight, studying, reading. One supporter can see that tracker, and nothing else you track.

No feed, no followers, no strangers. One person, one habit, and a calendar that fills in a day at a time.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a habit from a template and name it whatever you call it.
2. Invite your supporter — from your contacts, by @handle, or with a link you send them yourself.
3. Log the day: a number, a photo, a note, depending on the habit.

WHAT YOUR SUPPORTER SEES — AND DOESN'T
• Only the tracker you invited them to. None of your other trackers.
• Your entries, the photos on them, and how consistent you've been lately.
• They can react and leave comments.
• They cannot add, edit or delete anything. The log stays yours.
• Remove them whenever you want, and their access ends there.

WHAT YOU GET
• Ready-made templates: meals, studying, the gym, weight, water, reading — and more in the full picker.
• Daily streaks, plus milestones: the first lands on your seventh logged day and comes with a card you can share.
• StickyScore — one number for how on track your last seven days have been. A new tracker spends its first week building, so it never drags the number down.
• Weekly and monthly calendars, so a good stretch looks like one.
• Photo entries: log several meals in a day and pin one as the day's cover.
• Charts that match the habit — weight over time, calories per week, weekly time.
• Smart water reminders that nudge you when you're behind on the day's target. Off until you switch them on.

CALORIE ESTIMATES FROM A MEAL PHOTO
• Photograph what you ate and get a rough calorie range instead of counting by hand.
• The photo goes to a third-party AI service only after you agree to it, and you set the portion yourself before anything is saved. It's an estimate, not a measurement.
• Free accounts get 3 estimates in total — not 3 a month. Pro removes the limit.
• Weekly trends: this week's calories, your weekly average, and the change from last week.

StickyFridge isn't a calorie counter. It's the small daily promise, kept somewhere one person can see it.

WHAT'S FREE
2 trackers, 1 supporter on each, the last 30 days of entries, and 3 AI calorie estimates.

STICKYFRIDGE PRO
• Unlimited trackers, and up to 3 active supporters on each one.
• Build your own templates — your fields, your rhythm, your target.
• Unlimited AI calorie estimates.
• Your whole history: view and add entries for any date, not just the last 30 days.

Pro is monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.2 — 2026-08-27

The subscription screen now shows accurate information.

• Plan prices, free-trial length and the annual saving are now read directly from the App Store. They were previously fixed text that had fallen out of date.
• When a saving can't be calculated honestly, we no longer show one at all.
• After updating you'll see a short card summarising what recent releases added.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-08-20

Invite links now open the app.

• Tap an invite link and StickyFridge opens right on the invite, instead of leaving you in the browser.
• Got a code instead of a link? Tap "I have an invite code" — on the Supporting tab or in Settings — and paste it. Pasting the whole message works too; we'll find the code inside it.
• The "Go Pro" button in Settings is readable now. It was white on white.
• The notice on an expired quit tracker reads clearly in dark mode.
• The subscription screen states the supporter limit correctly: 3 per tracker.
• Buttons on the invite screens are the right width.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-19

You can now invite your supporter with a link — whoever taps it first becomes your supporter.

• If you're just starting, your first entry is one question and one button. It saves without filling in a form.
• If today's entry is empty, the tracker screen offers "Add details" so you can go back and fill it in.
• Fields you use often can now be added one by one, by name, and the field behind your chart is open from the start.
• The weekly summary now shows the right unit: "Weekly time" for a study tracker, "Calories per week" for diet.
• Water reminders no longer say "0/8 glasses" on a day you logged without a quantity.
• The "Remove photo" button is now visible against the background.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-08-14

Subscription screen fixes:
- "Couldn't load plans" no longer shows up when you open the subscription screen right after launching the app, and "Try again" now really retries.
- Restore Purchases no longer claims "No active subscription found" when it simply couldn't reach the App Store. Your subscription itself was never affected.
- Fixed a black screen when tapping Edit Entry, or when opening an entry from a weekly digest.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-08

AI calorie estimate — When adding a meal in diet tracking, get a quick, rough calorie estimate straight from your photo. No manual counting. (A few estimates are free; unlimited with Pro.)

Weekly calorie trends — The "Calories per week" card now shows this week, your weekly average, and the change vs last week — correctly. Tap any week to see its total.

Multiple meals + cover photo — Log more than one meal per day and choose a cover photo for your day.

Also: a smoother first-run setup, your language choice now sticks between launches, and various bug fixes.

As always: pick a habit, invite a supporter, show up every day.
