The product just sucks ### 1/5 — Does Not Work Effectively & We Had to Pay For It! *2026-01-16, version 3.1.5* I moved to the Winston Towers and they required us to pay them and download this app in order to use the elevator. This app is extremely inefficient and does not work. It requires you to fully open your phone and then the app and even when the scanner scans it- it does not open the door 90% of the time.
