## What is Still?

Still is a quiet, private space for short moments of rest.

• Start a simple timed pause
• Cancel without saving when plans change
• Keep a local history of completed pauses
• Use the free timer and history without an account
• No ads, analytics, or remote AI provider

Still Pro adds optional, explicitly invoked pause guidance powered by Apple’s on-device Foundation Models when available. A suggested one- or two-minute pause never starts until you review and confirm it.

Your pause history stays on your device. Some Pro features require a compatible device, supported language, and Apple Intelligence availability. Still is a wellness tool for brief pauses; it is not medical care, treatment, crisis support, or professional advice.
