When the urge hits, Still helps you pause, name the trigger, wait out the wave, and track what happened. Over time, your streak, urge logs, and pattern insights help you understand what pulls you back and what helps you stay in control.

Whether the trigger is boredom, stress, loneliness, scrolling, tiredness, or late-night pressure, Still gives you a simple system to stay honest and keep going.

Still Premium includes auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions. The yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
