## What is Stillfast?

Stillfast is a fast reaction warm-up for athletes. In about two minutes before you compete, you run a quick set of reaction drills and walk on ready.

Pick your sport and Stillfast builds a quick, ever-changing warm-up from drills tuned to it. No two warm-ups are the same, so it never becomes a memorized routine.

WHAT YOU GET
